Giveaway

Official rules.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

The giveaway is run by Ty Butson (“Sponsor”), 230 Franklin Rd Bldg 2B, Franklin, TN 37064. Prizes are provided by Selkirk Sport, which Ty partners with as a paid ambassador. Selkirk does not run the giveaway.

2. Who can enter

Legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older when they enter. Void outside the US and where prohibited. Ty, his family, household members and anyone who helps run the giveaway can't win.

3. Dates

Each giveaway runs for the dates shown on tybutson.com/giveaway. Times are US Central Time. Entries received after the closing time don't count.

4. How to enter

Enter your name and email on the giveaway page. One entry per person per giveaway; extra entries made with other emails are void. You can earn one extra chance for each friend you invite by email, up to five; friends must be real people you know, and you never need to invite anyone to enter. To be eligible to win you must be following @tybutsonpickleball on Instagram when the winner is drawn. Following is free.

5. Prize

One prize per giveaway, as described on the giveaway page (usually a Selkirk pickleball paddle). Approximate retail value: the price listed on selkirk.com on the draw date. No cash or substitutes, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed one isn't available. The winner is responsible for any taxes.

6. Winner selection and notice

One winner is drawn at random from all eligible entries, weighted by chances, on or about the date shown. Odds depend on the number of entries. The winner is emailed and has 7 days to reply with a shipping address; if they don't, don't meet these rules, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, another winner is drawn. Prizes ship to US addresses only.

7. Your information

By entering, you agree to receive Ty's emails, and you can unsubscribe from any email at any time. A winner's name and shipping address are shared with Selkirk Sport so they can ship the prize. Ty may share the winner's first name and city on social media. See the privacy policy.

8. Instagram

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any liability related to it.

9. General

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with entries or breaks these rules, and may cancel or change a giveaway if something outside its control affects it. By entering, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. To the extent the law allows, you release Sponsor and Selkirk Sport from claims related to the giveaway or the prize. Tennessee law applies.

10. Winner's name

For the winner's first name, email tybutsonpb@gmail.com within 30 days of the draw.
