Privacy

Privacy policy.

This is how Ty Butson (tybutson.com) handles your information. Short version: we collect what we need to run the giveaway, the free course and Ty's emails, we never sell it, and you can opt out anytime.

What we collect

• Giveaway entries: your name and email, emails of friends you invite (only to send them one invite), which link brought you (e.g. “Instagram bio”), and when you agreed to get emails.
• Winners: a shipping name and address.
• Free course: your first name and email, which link brought you, when you agreed to get emails, which course emails you opened a link in, and whether you joined the waitlist.
• Contact form: what you send us.

How we use it

To run giveaways and ship prizes, send the course and Ty's pickleball tips by email, see which videos and links are useful, and answer messages.

Who we share it with

• Selkirk Sport gets a winner's name and shipping address to ship the prize.
• Service providers that run the site for us: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email) and Skool (the community, if you join it).
• Nobody else. We don't sell or rent your information.

Your choices

• Every email has an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off.
• To see or delete what we have about you, email tybutsonpb@gmail.com.

Kids

The giveaway is for adults 18+, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
